    This is a cross-post for which I apologize but I have posted elsewhere and received no acknowledgement or support. That was ten days ago.

    Please help! I am posting to this site because I see that other people have had exactly this same experience, and have received replacement codes via private message.

    I received the complimentary Limbo code on my XBox 360.

    As soon as I saw the email, I wanted to copy the code. I thought I could select the email to enlarge it and maybe get "select and copy" options for the code.

    But no sooner did I press the "A" button to select the email, than it was deleted. "Delete" is the default action, apparently.

    So I need a new code.

    Can someone from XBox Support please help?

    So i tried t connect to the internet but it didnt let me. I deleted my profile and when i tried to redownload it from x/live it said that profiles cannot be downloaded, at the bottom it said the code
    800704cd. Please help!!

    sorry MS is not responsible for deleted codes from messages. they will not resend the code, if it was sent to the console as a message and you deleted that, I would have suggested seeing if it was emailed to you. but if you deleted the email itself then
    you lost out on that code, better be careful next time so this does not happen again.

    That's not true. There are plenty of examples, on this forum, of XBox Support generating new Limbo codes and sending them to people via private message. It's precisely because I saw those responses that I posted here.

    Do you have an Xbox One? If so then the code was meant for the Xbox One version of the game as the 360 version was never offered out to people.

    If this is the case then you should post in section 8 of the Xbox One forums.
