j'ai reçu par courriel un code promotionnel non valide, via le site xbox live rewards"*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***.

le code promotionnel donné par votre site xbox live rewards [Mod Removed] est invalide. je n'ai pu bénéficier des 50 000 crédits offerts.

j'ai contacté le service microsoft qui m'a conseiller de vous joindre par mail, et que vous puissiez gérer le problème dû ce code érroné.

j'ai quant même effectué mon achat de ma console via le site microsoft, xbox one s 2 to gears of war.

j'ai reçu un code promotionnel, que je devait rentrer lors mon achat sur la commande.

mais je n'ai pas pu le faire, le site lors de mon achat ne me l'a pas permis. j'ai effectué le code plusieurs fois, mais aucun résultat.

le site me dit que je peux bénéficier des frais de port gratuit mais je ne le vois pas mentionnés.

pouvez vous m'informer de comment faire pour joindre quelqu'un qui puisse prendre en compte ma requête?

et /ou comment régler le problème survenu lors de ma commande, pour que je puisse bénéficier des l'offre promotionnelle.

et dans combien de temps je vais pouvoir bénéficier de ce code promotionnel? comment voir ces crédits ajouter sur mon compte. car cette offre une validité.

In order to use any promotions on any server including psn

You must buy the promotion via the screen and no using a prepaid code doesn't count

Prepaid codes only count as a prior purchase and yes it invalidates your purchase of the promotion since you bought a different promotion. Aka the prepaid code

This was a code from a promotional insert I received in my Fallout 4 game. When I enter the code it says it's invalid and it was a brand new never opened game when I bought it.

If you are 100% sure that this is a 2 day Xbox Live code, then it might be that this is a promotional code which has a expiration date.

Promotional codes become invalid after a certain time, so depending on where you got that code from and for how long it was unused, it might be that it's now expired and can't be used.

If you bought the code just recently, return the code to the seller.

Actaully hate to break it to you but that's not how ms promotions work . As per the conditions of the promotion you must purchase the promotion from the dashboard however it uses the generic payment method screen . This still requires you to purchase the
membership on the dashboard with a creditcard or debit adding a prepaid code invalidates the promotion

All promotions use the same screen but require you to purchase the discounted membership as you cannot be refunded to the membership code the discount this is logical.

And yes it's 6-8 weeks but as you didnt purchase the promotion you'd don't qualify
