Now, about the sources (AC Adapter), the ideal is always to use an original AC Adapter and the same amperage and voltage as the Xbox.

Thanks for the reply Willie i might have to try reseting my xbox to factory settings since power cycle didnt seemed to work out. Out of curiosity what is power static and what other sources could cause this error to occur ?

This problem is usually related to storage and/or some static energy. Try to apply the following step and check the result:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off the console by pressing and holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds. The console will shut down.
2. Turn the console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on the controller. "

If that doesn't work, resetting your console while keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry, as long as you're connected to Xbox Live, your progress and game saves won't be deleted. It will remove all your accounts, but you can add them all later.

Select System Profile > Settings > System Information > Console.
Select Reset Console.
Reset and keep my games and apps."
