    Once you redeem a code, it is linked to the gamertag that activated it. You can't redeem the same code on another gamertag.

    You can't change the code's region. You can only redeem codes that are meant for the region there are for. So if you are in the USA, then you can only redeem codes for the US region.

    When you say it doesn't work, do you mean you can't redeem the code, or you redeemed the code and you are not able to use the membership?

    how do you redeem the code from my friend that live in different region.
    You cant. Your friend will have to request a refund for the code and purchase a code for you that is meant for your region.
