Code can not be reddemed

Dear,

I bought GoW Ultimate Edition (Disc), and I can not redeem the GoW 3 code. Other codes work.

This is the error code: 0x80150017

Please help me, I can play other games (GoW 2, GoW Judgment) but not GoW 3.

Have not recieved my Gears of War Collection for purchase of Gears of War 4

I got the messages with the codes but only Judgement worked. The other 3 could not be reddemed because of an unknown error. From the support told me that its a known issue and it will be fixed in the near future

Same issue as well, reddemed and will not show in my downloaded history and not in the game. This is ***

 

That code usually means it's a region issue. If your account region and your physical location don't match, or you live in a region where the game is not available, you'll run into that issue.

 

OK, but other games don't have this problem, like GoW 2 and GoW Judgment. My region is Spain. Only GoW 1 and GoW 3 have this problem.

 

And my friend in Spain doen't have this problem. He bought GoW Ultimate Edition (Disc) too.

 

Not all games are region locked. So you will only run into the issue on certain games. If your friend from Spain's Xbox account and physical location match then he wouldn't have the problem.
