Discus and support "code already redeemed" for Gears of War backwards compatible games that came with Gears 4 in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I am unable to redeem the codes for Gears 2, 3, and Judgement.     I am unable to redeem the codes for Gears 2, 3, and Judgement. I used to get the same error message "an unexpected error has occurred" and then a few days later gears 1 worked but as for the rest it would say "code already redeemed". What should I do? I'm
    100% sure that I didn't redeem the codes and they are not showing up in my "ready to install" section of the dashboard either.

    Is there any way to request a refund? I don't want any of the games if I can't play them all.

    Anyone else having the same issue??

    Didn't receive Gears of War 360 codes

    Pre-ordered Gears of War 4 but never received my codes for the backwards compatible 360 games.

    Gears of War 360 games redeem codes

    I bought gears of War 4 in November and just found out that the other gears games came with it. I saw the message and redeemed the code for gears of War 3 but when I went back to download the other gears games the message was deleted. I would like to have
    the codes so that I could have the whole gears collection.

    Hey there ListPrivate,

    The website you're linking to is actually for the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition promotion and not the actual promotion for Gears of War 4. You can find more info on that promotion

    HERE    . To clarify, only codes for the Backward Compatible titles are sent. There is no promotion that offers the Remastered Ultimate Edition currently.

    I am pretty sure that you will receive the code in the soonest possible time. Just check your in-dash message on Xbox for the codes from time to time. :)
