    As part of the Kinect we bought we received "Dance central spotlight" game , when we tried to redeem the code we recevied an error saying the code was already redeem.

    I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

    Xbos-0x80169CF9

    Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    Hey there!

    Where did you purchase the bundle from? I would advise you to contact the supplier and make them aware of this issue, this has happened to me in the past with Amazon and they provided me with another code which worked

    There were no error codes, it responded with 'This code has already been redeemed' and then went to 'We could not find this code'

    I tried to redeem it on both the console and PC.

    I purchased a game while on Gamepass with a Code from CDKeys (Minecraft Dungeons). Can no l longer play it after GP Subscription ended

    I didn't get an error code. I got the reply that the code had already been redeemed
