    I have reached out to microsoft twice now over two 15 day ultimate game pass codes being redeemed coming out of the microsft packaging for controllers from two seperate stores. Im being told to go to the store to have this issue resolved. Then the stores
    tell you to contact microsft. Both times i have chated with reps on a chat they close the chats before the issue has been resolved. Its a joke. I left the xbox family when the xbox one came out over there policies. I returned this generation to horrible customer
    service and feeling like i made a mistake. This is after i bought a series x and a elite series 2 controller. How should I get this resolved. I plan on calling if possible when the phones are open. Also i have like two years of ultimate game pass already.
    My xbox live account is about 20 years old. Im not trying to pull a fast one on micorsoft. Its just the principle of the matter that this has happened twice now and I find this unacceptable.
