    Hello,

    I've bought Tomb Raider game pre-paid, then entered pre-paid code on website to exchange this.

    Website said that code was okay and game is activated properly, but I'm unable to see this in "My games"

    What to do ?

    If you purchased a digital code for the game then it will need to download. Please press the Guide button on the controller, scroll left and select Active Downloads to see how much has downloaded so far.

    Just forgot to say, it isn't visible on Active Downloads too.

    Ok, head to Settings>System>Storage and check your storage device to see if the game is in there. If it is not then go to Settings>Accounts and check your Download History to see if it is listed in there. If it is, then begin the download again, if it
    is not go to commerce.microsoft.com to see if it is listed as having been purchased.

    If you do not see the game there then perhaps you added it on another account accidentally.

    Make sure you redeem on an account without an active Xbox Game Pass subscription. Accounts with an active subscription cannot redeem these trial codes. Note, Trial codes may not work if you previously had one of these subscriptions on this account.

    If you have an active Game Pass subscription, it is impossible to redeem the code, let me know if this is your case.
