Code abonnement Xbox Live 12 mois + 2 mois non valide

J'ai acheté une carte abonnement Xbox Live 12 mois + 2 mois, mais en saisissant le code, on me dit qu'il a déj été utilisé et qu'il n'est non valide.

On m'a conseillé de voir la date et le pays d'utilisation de la carte, mais je ne sais pas comment on fait.

Les abonnements gold sont cumulable. Par conséquent, tu peux, si tu le souhaites, renouveller ton abonnement de suite.

Ton abonnement Xbox Live 12 mois prendra effet la fin de ton abonnement Xbox Live 1 mois.

If the code is not valid, most likely the store where you purchased it from did not activate it correctly. I would take it back to the store and let them know and try to get a refund.
