    I always get a Code: 8015D002 each time I try to connect to my xbox live account. I did all the things people suggest (cope and move profile, reset paswords, etc.) and I still get the dreadfult error code. I just bought a Gold pass but will soon ask a refund
    if this keeps reappearing. What a lousy thing.

    Error 8015D002 occurs when signing in to Xbox Live on your Xbox 360

    You see the following error message when you try to sign in to Xbox Live on your Xbox 360 console:
