    Ok so I'm getting code 8015D002 on my 360.

    I have access to my email, I have my passwords, 2fa is enabled and working correctly.

    Kicker is my 360 and my one/series accounts use the same email, but are under different gamer tags. So I have 2 accounts in one email somehow, some way.

    When I put in the app password into my 360 account I get met with the error screen, I moved my profile to a stick drive and attempted to download my 360 profile, however my one/series account shows in place of the 360. If I sign into my series account on the 360 with the app password it signs me in.

    Is the last trace of my 360 account on my stick drive? Because I feel like this is a pretty unique situation with a less than desirable outcome.

    I know they are on the same email, because if I use my gamertag for the 360 it signs into my outlook email, If I use the gamertag for my one/series it signs into my outlook email.

    If it's of any relevance I have 2 backup emails and a phone number.

    Hello Jafo,

    Is it possible you use two-factor authentication on your Microsoft Account (MSA)? i.e. you have an authenticator app or receive a code by text message/email when logging into the MSA.

    If so, use Solution 2 on this page:

    support.xbox.com/.../error-code-8015d002

    (I know it's not the error code you're seeing, but the steps in Solution 2 are what I reckon you should try.)

    Sorry to hear it. That error code suggests an incorrect email or password or two-step verification is interfering with the login process.
