    First you Clear system cache, then you delete your corrupt profile [ if you do not have a corrupt profile skip this step] then clear system cache again, then you turn off and unplug your console, then you reboot your console, then you clear system cache,
    Turn off your console, then clear system cache, then you re-download your Xbox live profile and you should have your Xbox live profile downloaded onto your console.

    Remove your profile from the console and then perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

    Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational try
    downloading your profile and logging in.

    Its fixed now thankyou, now I have the new problem that only one account on the xbox refuses to connect to xbox live. So i deleted it and tried to redownload and it cancels out everytime with this code 80150016.
