    So I got online today and found my profile deleted off of my xbox 360s. I tried to redownload it but got error code 8007045D. I went onto support and looked up the code, but the advice I got didn't work (clearing cache). I tried it 3 hours later but still
    not working. I checked my internet and the hard drive of the xbox, and it all appeared fine. I still have all of my games on the hard drive so I don't think it was broken. My internet works on other devices. Please Help!

    Forgot to mention that is says Hi KSI Hastus4 downloads about 5% of it and then the error code pops up.

    Hello,

    the error code you are receiving means there is a problem when you try to download your Xbox live profile. There might be several reasons for this yet since you are able to access your profile on web this means there is just a technical issue of corrupt
    files in your profile. Make sure you delete your profile entirely even though downloaded only at 5%. After that clear your console cache three times in a row to get rid of any impending file. In the end download your profile normally.

    Hope you solve this issue very soon!

    It doesn't appear in the profile section at all. Do you want me to delete game save data to?

    I put a flash drive in my xbox and downloaded profile to it no problem. Guessing this means there is something wrong with my hard drive.
