    Your talking about the account PIN code? If so delete your account then recover it again and the PIN code will be off.

    Well does this four digit pin have an error when it pops up? If so post the error you get so I can help you more. Also did you buy your Xbox new or used?

    Hi there,

    I'm assuming this is regarding the Family Pass code on a 360 console.

    in order to reset a family passcode you will need to contact Xbox Support, They will need the serial ID of the console and will do something on their end, after which they will guide you through the steps to reset it on your end.

    No. It only shows the last 4 digits of your card number and the expiration date. It doesn't contain the whole card number and the CVV code.

    Oh you PIN code? Just delete your account off your xbox and recover it and that'll fix the problem.
