    I finally confirmed what others have suspected. Error code 121003 means that the file for your gamertag file on the Microsoft servers has been corrupted or damaged or missing, and Microsoft is too embarrassed to admit it, and provide no way to fix it. The
    solution is to create a brand-new gamertag, using a different e-mail address, then signing in with the new tag and abandoning the old one.

    You cannot play offline either as it still errors "loading your data from the cloud" giving error code 121003.
