    My son got code 1011,and i dont understand why? He is 7 years old and just got his xbox360 and gold acount,and havent done anything wrong. Trying to conect up with Viaplay,but cant.. ?? What to do??

    Error codes are always 8 digits so could you please post the full error code so someone can help you.

    We are Norwegian and i went into a norwegian support side and the only thing i could finde out was that he was suspended?? 1011 was the only nr that came up. " if you dont have a gold account, that could be the problem if not,contakt support and code 1011"
    that was the message i got..

    If he has been suspended then you would need to post here forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx

    Like i said,error codes on the 360 are 8 digits long so not sure what is going there.

    Like i said,error codes on the 360 are 8 digits long so not sure what is going there.
