0x90072ee7 IS the error code. The problem is IT IS HAPPENING MORE AND MORE AND IT OBVIOUSLY IS BEING IGNORED BY MICROSOFT.

If you don't see any you can try restarting your Xbox by holding down the power button on your Xbox for 10 seconds.

to Xbox Live to ensure that your connection is stable as this may have an effect on your experience.

1. Restart your network device (most likely a router).
2. Test your connection to Xbox Live:
   1. Press the Xbox button
      to open the guide.
   2. Select System > Settings > Network.
      
   3. Select Network settings.
   4. In the Troubleshooting column, select Test Network connection.
      

If you see more than 5-percent packet loss, try the
Xbox One Network Connection Error Solution.

Additionally, if you've had your console in offline mode for quite a while, it may be a good idea to take it out of that mode by going back online and checking to see if there are any system updates available as this may also be a cause for issues in game
or movie play.
