    I can not get to the home screen and every time I hit the home screen the code 0x90010108 comes up saying to give it another try. It says enter code on xbox.com/errorhelp so that they can investigate and when I entered the code nothing is found. I have turned
    it off multiple times and nothing seems to work. Please help.
