Code 0x87dd0006 when trying to sign into new xbox one s

Followed directions on https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/errors/error-code-87dd0006

That page also indicated core services were all up.

I have no trouble signing into my other xbox, though. And i get signed out of the old xbox when i try to sign into the new one, so something is working.

Any help is appreciated.

do yo have any other account you can try to sign in?, if not try removing your profile from the xbox and add it again

Same issue done remove hard reset yet can sign in online

I'm having the same issue. I don't understand at all why Microsoft would set this up so there is no option to create an offline profile. Just bought a brand new console on Amazon and have literally had issues every single step of the way, I just want to
play. Every solution I've found assumes the issue is not occurring during first time setup. Extremely disappointing.

thanks, but another id didn't work either, same error.

I'm wondering if the xbox is flagged or something, as both ids work fine on the other (old) xbox.
