    help people every time I enter the code for my 12 month Xbox live I get something went wrong then it asks for the error code to be entered at Xbox.com/help which I can done and that comes up not found

    I got a code for fifa 15 and when i redeem the code it works but whenever i click on confirm, it says something went wrong. I also found out that fifa 15 is not even available to buy on xbox from the xbox store but what should i do about my problem and how

    Whenever i put the code and try to put my information in, it still says something went wrong on our end, tells me my code wasnt found and gives me the error TokenNotFound

    Solution is to change your location to UK or USA depending on where you live. You should try both, worked for me. :)
