    whenever I play a game that I got for free on Xbox it says that I need EA access or turn on my gold membership. I have my membership on. What I am confused is when it says restart or close my game when I haven't even opened the game yet. Please help.

    I am also having the same issue. Problem with the renewal perhaps? Mine was due the 17th.

    Everything worked fine until the evening on the 16th. Since then this issue..

    Well it looks like I haven't Live Gold atm. But no messages or anything tellimg me so. My bank statement show that I have paid the last one. So atm I can't buy stuff on sale for Gold. Really anoying!
