Code: 0x803F8001 during installation

In some special cases we recommend uninstalling the game and reinstalling it. Probably, the game updates are not installed.

will not start a downloaded game ,instead asking to insert cd to read license, which you only insert cd once during instalation and never again

If you have a disc game this is not the case, you must have it in all the time to play even if it's installed. If you bought the digital game and it says for you to put the disc in, please turn off your console and unplug it for 30 seconds and reboot and
try again.

The xbox one has no possible way to be infected with malware - you are experiencing an error.
