Code 0x800706d9 is coming up on my Xbox when I try to start my game

What Xbox console do you have?
Is this happening with an specific game or is this happening with all your games?
And, what did you tried so far to fix this

In the meantime and if you didn't try power cycling your console yet, proceed:
1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

After that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

Also disconnect your router from power for about 3 minutes. Then connect it again an when everything is working, try again

My xbox hasnt been connected to the internet for almost 1 year now and when i first tryed to install it it never started the download it just kept coming up with that one error code 0x8b050066

maybe i am i dont know when i turn the xbox on it takes me to a page where i can create a profile or download my own profile or skip the page and go to the main page where it should go when you start up if i click on on download my own profile it come,s
up that error code after a couple of minutes same if i do a connection test i get the error code when i reach xbox live test and if i put a game in it come,s up update not found and the game doesn't load up when i look in the storage it says my profile is
corrupt

When I try to update my payment options it comes up with an error code and when I type the error code in on xbox website it doesn't help me besides telling me it's a problem

It was for the game, it does show up on my history as a purchase for the game.

I signed into my microsoft account on my pc to see if there was something I could do there. When I check my games, the game is not in my Xbox but does come up under pc. Microsoft says i was given the code for a pc game and not the code for Xbox.
