    I'm at a loss. This started a few weeks ago, but every time I tried to download a game on Xbox app, I get getting the message above. Kept searching the code, wasn't getting anywhere. Then I stumbled across a forum where the person was advised to uninstall and reinstall the app....figure it was worth a shot, so I uninstalled it. When I went to reinstall the app from the Microsoft store, I received the same code; I tried this more times than I can count, no matter what I do (updated windows, updated drives, update store) I now receive this code for everything I try to download from the Microsoft store. Literally every app or game or whatever I try to download, I'm getting this same error. It's frustrating that I'm paying $15/month for Ultimate Game Pass, and I can't even get the app to download. For what it's worth I'm on Windows 10 Pro Version 21H2, running Ryzen 7 5800x, Gigabyte 3080, and Gigabyte B450 motherboard.

    Please try to reinstall the Gaming Services and reset the Microsoft Store:

    - Go to start > Search for PowerShell > Right click > Run as administrator. Type the following command and press enter:

    get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

    - Press Windows + R and type in "regedit". Press enter.

    - Search for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services

    - Delete the folders "GamingServices", "GamingServices.net" (if they're still there).

    - Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Microsoft Store > Advanced Options > Repair, then Reset.

    - Press Windows + R. Type TEMP and press enter. Delete all the files inside this folder. Repeat this step by typing %TEMP% and Prefetch. Delete everything on both folders too.

    - Press Windows + R. Type WSRESET and press enter.

    - Restart your computer. Run Powershell as administrator and run the following commands (one at a time):

    Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

    start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

    - Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

    - Restart your computer one more time.

    Try to install apps from the Microsoft store and please let me know how it goes.
