CODAW preorder woes: and i don't think ill be preordering any games in the futureFirst ...

As a loyal XBOX and CALL OF DUTY customer i must say that i am very disappointed by the digital launch of COD: AW. This was the first game that i decided that i would pre order to get the double XP and the unique unlockable weapons, on the 3/11, however
imagine my disappointment when 8 hrs later im staring at a loading bar, (BTW its just went up by 1%....its now at 55% EIGHT HRS LATER).

THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. You want us to embrace the digital age yet the most anticipated game for this quarter is plauged by this setback. I do not know when or if i will be able to take advantage of double XP, which was the real reason for Preordering
the Game in the first place.

Im not going to whine and complain or assassinate a company's identity on social media and forums just because i didn't get what i wanted, however i paid good money for this pre order and all i want to know what you are going to do for me and all the other
loyal customers who cannot take take advantage of the benefits of this game's preorder!

At least offer a statement or some type of compensation or solution ..... because honestly i really don't feel like playing this game anymore. I'm not going to hold my breath but i look forward to your response and/or solution..... (extra XP days aren't
going to cut it BTW)

Resident Evil REmake available for digital pre-order

Only time I do is if it has a worthwhile preorder offer. GTA V was the last game I preordered digitally because it offered the 1 million in game cash.

 

Do People Really Pre-order Digital Games 6 Months In Advance?

Preordering a digital game at all seems odd, since there's no fear of shortage. I would think that, in this day and age, with so many games getting released in broken form, people would avoid any sort of preorder like the plague.

 

Sorry that you're upset. There was an issue with downloading the game. However, it is fixed now and if you are still stuck at a percentage then please delete the game and restart the download.

It's been almost 24 hours for me I never made it passed 55% and figured it was something of the same issue and have stopped and restarted this 3 times so far deleted and everything after researching this said "FIX" and am staring at a 1% as I type this I've
waited all year for this game and not only that but UPGRADED!! From XBOX 360 traded away all of my old games and system to upgrade and buy this preorder special edition XBOX ONE to play a game I've anticipated since I first heard whispers of this installment
of COD it's embarrassing for me as an XBOX enthusiast since day one to say that I haven't been able to enjoy this game in all it's glory at all with in the last 24 hours of it's release... And even now I stand @ 1% THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
