Cod4 suspension or ban still possible?

Just throwing this out there but is cod4 useless for Microsoft to suspend people on. Just had some in a game of search teleporting everywhere ruins the fun. ):

The most recent account suspension forum (today, July 15) is showing a perma ban from COD Black Ops AND COD4! Get 'em, M$!

Hey, Orion. Check out the suspension forums. It looks like they are starting to BAN the hackers/modders on COD4. I'll be glad when they are rid of them so I can enjoy the game again!!!!!!

 

People get banned due to the old cod games every single day.

They won`t get banned without being reported, pictures won`t help.

 

I reported him 3 times now my Bf did also

 

Don't spam file complaints. It can get you suspended. One is all you need to get the job done.

You can still play it, but there's a ton of hacked lobbies that will cause you a lot of problems. It's probably best to not even bother playing anymore. Just report whomever is suspected of hacking/cheating and MS will see it eventually.

Yes you can get banned without being reported, my comment above was for that specific player.

XBLPET play the old COD`s all the time, just to catch the cheats red handed.

 

I played it recently for the last two months or so, reported many people who were cheater/modding. Xbox live sent me a few messages thanking me for the reports, so they still take reports on older games seriously.

 

wait people still play that game.. I hit up Mw2 on xbox360 and was like 3k people on it total.. mostly all hacked lobbies. they really just need to kill the MP on those games period to deter them to move on. But than again, its were most go to test there
latest hacks because of lack of support and suspensions. The banning system is a patience game. It seriously needs be revamped and more retroactive. With todays vid uploads and forums for such activities, they can start instant bans on those GT without the
need to report.

 

The MP on Call of Duty 4 didn't seem too bad though. Yeah there was the occasional hacked lobby, but it felt much more rare than it did a couple years ago. It almost seems like it's going back to good. I did encounter some people out of the map causing problems,
but that was really it.
