COD WWII still appearing in my sons games even though I set age restriction to 9 years old

Hi.

Sorry if this has been asked to death but I couldnt find an easy answer. I have set my son up as a family member and set age appropriate content to 9 on our Xbox one X. I thought that would take COD WWII out of the games available to him but it hasnt. What
am I missing please?

Coldheart weapon for Destiny 2

My son (age 9) is currently playing Destiny 2 and is at level 20. He has a redemption code for the Coldheart weapon, but when he inputs this it tells him he isn't old enough. Is there a way for a parent to allow this without changing his age restriction
to the appropriate age for Destiny 2 globally?

FIFA is made by EA and they have age restrictions for online play. You must be 13 yrs old to play on EA servers. As your son is only 9 that would be the problem.

The game will continue to show up as long as it is installed in the console. If you set a Content Limit on his account, he will not be able to access certain games (including
CoD WW2).

Thanks for the prompt reply. The link you embeded on 'Content limit' takes me to my sons account but there is no 'Content Limit'. Only Screen Time and Manage Permissions which only talks about devices.

Thanks for the quick reply. It can be a bit confusing when it comes to navigate the site. Here is a link with instructions on how
to set it from the console itself. It's under the "Access to Content" label. You can pick and choose what you want your child to access as well as limit what he can/can't do online under the "Privacy and Online Safety." Let us know if it helps!

 

You can also unistall games and then hide them from the RTI section.

 

Check under his “Content Restrictions” on the family management area of the website, and see if COD WWII is set to “Always Allowed.” If it is there, delete it.
