    Cod wwii multiplayer shutdown


    When playing multiplayer the console suddenly shuts down for no apparent reason. It does this at random intervals, 10 minutes of play, 30 minutes, etc. I’ve cleaned console and power brick, tried hard reset and adjusted power settings to no effect. Other
    games and apps work fine. Help?

    COD WWII MULTIPLAYER FREEZE

    I cannot access COD WWII multiplayer. The screen just freezes. Has been like this for days. I have tried rebooting, checked connection etc. Has anyone experienced this problem, if so how do I fix it? Thanks

    Have you checked to see if your console has plenty of room for ventilation? The
    Ventilation for the Xbox One page has some helpful info for positioning your console for proper ventilation.

    Additionally, we'd recommend that you start the troubleshooting process for this issue by following the steps in the
