    who do i talk to about a refund for a game (digital download) which isn't playable?

    zero interest in going to developers forums and begging for a fix. its broken i want my money back.

    mirrors edge catalyst is a broken POS which is a pity because i loved the first one.

    just want my money back.

    I don't know, what new game isn't typically broken in some way when it first comes out. I pretty much expect problems nowadays. It's almost like an industry standard anymore.
