Cod WWII beta

justt preordered he game and the info downloaded to system through Microsoft. But I can not figure out how to get into the beta. Clicking on the game only tells me that it is not available yet. And all I recieved in my email was my receipt. Any help?

If you preordered the game digitally you will not receive a code. You automatically have access.

If you preordered as a disc you will need to contact the retailer you purchased it from for a code.

 

Issues with getting a 25 digit code for Xbox

I went to Best Buy and preordered ww2 as an activation code and was able to redeem the code at callofduty.com/wwii/beta but haven't gotten the 25 digit code to put in the Xbox. I received the 13 digit redemption code and put it in
the call of duty beta website and said thank you for purchasing WWII, but now I don't have the 25 digit code. I've been checking my email but nothing has been showing up. Any thoughts

 

Sorry to hear it. If it was a digital pre order then head to the Xbox store and search for Private Beta. You can get the download from there. If it was a disc copy then you'll need to contact the seller to get your beta code.

 

All you need to do is search in the Xbox marketplace for "Private Beta"

Basically, search for Call of Duty®: WWII in the xbox store, you should be able to see the beta download.

If you don't see it, try restarting your xbox and make sure you are signed into the account that purchased the preorder.
