COD WW2 strict NAT in game, but open NAT in settings

How NAT works is if your NAT is set to open, you can communicate with other open, moderate, or strict NATs. If it's moderate, you can the other person's NAT must be moderate or open. If it's set to Strict you can party chat with other people who have only
an open NAT.

Check your connection by going in Network settings. Also check your NAT Type and if you have UPnP open (cod is very strict with that) in game or in Network settings.

Things you have tried: changing my laptop to the xbox one's ip then doing port tests. all the ports are open in both types but it does say it cant ping my router dont really know what that means.

Is UPnP Enabled? No wouldn't work for me

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? yes it says my network is behind a port symetric nat even thou i've opened up all ports to the xbox's static ip. NAT type is strict in Assassins creed and settings but its open in call of duty and has
been that way since I fowarded the ports
