Discus and support COD WW2 purchased, but not progress toward my vip. in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I bought cod ww2 right after launch on november 3rd at 12:10 am eastern time, i didn't preorder it, but it is not showing on my microsoft account...     COD WW2 purchased, but not progress toward my vip.


    I bought cod ww2 right after launch on november 3rd at 12:10 am eastern time, i didn't preorder it, but it is not showing on my microsoft account purchase history therefore not crediting toward my next vip star. Is there someone who can help me resolve this?
    I have the email receipt so i know you guys see i bought it. Thanks!

    Preorders do not count towards VIP. For Honor and Ghost Recon would have counted towards your Games on Demand punchcard, but not your VIP progress.

    Never got my Star in My Rewards

    Subscriptions do not count towards VIP. So if that was your only purchase, it would not have counted towards your progress.

    Subscriptions do not count towards VIP. So if that was your only purchase, it would not have counted towards your progress.

    In order to have a game count towards VIP, yes, you would need to purchase it after it releases. Preorders do not count towards VIP at all (progress or rebate) unless there is a specific offer for that.

    1. Since there was an offer for Gears 4 in September, your purchase would have counted towards that offer and not your VIP rebate.

    2. Preorders are not eligible for VIP (there was a special offer in September). So that purchase would not have counted towards your progress.

    Subscriptions, in-game consumables, and pre-orders don't count towards VIP. Anything else is eligible so the bundle and any games that are on sale will count. If you do purchase a game that is eligible for another offer on the site at the time, the purchase
    will count towards that offer instead of your rebate, but will count towards your VIP progress.
