    COD WW2 preorder not showing up on punch card.


    After going over my account history I had purchased COD WW2 on 11/01, but was not given credit on my punch card for preordering.

    Pre order punch card issue

    I am missing a punch on the Xbox live rewards pre order punch card I pre ordered call of duty ww2 and it's not showing it on Xbox live rewards and it didn't even punch the card for it

    Preorder punchcard issue

    I do not see any of my pre-order titles on my punch card. I pre-order Shadow of War, CCD WW2, South Park Fractured but Whole, Wolfenstein 2 New Colossus, Lego Marvel Super Hero2 , and Star Wars Battlefront 2. I do not see any showing on my punch card? Any
    help or feedback??

    It can take up to 96 hours for us to receive and process purchase activity. We see that your purchase on the second has been awarded a punch. From the FAQ:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



    Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order.

    I don't know I preorder Battlefront 2 for the same reason, and that is the ONLY punch that shows up on my punchcard. My punch for Wolfenstein 2 and Cod ww2 haven't shown up yet. BF2 was preordered for the early access beta. and Cod and W:The New Colossus
    were ordered last weekend. if may just be a punchcard glitch.

    You currently have two punches for your purchase of Sword Art Online and Monster Hunter World. The Games on Demand page only shows which games you have purchased a standard edition of or currently own.

    I have talked to a couple of other people about the COD WW2 game not showing up under enhanced games. From what I understand it is a glitch and the game has been patched. My COD WW2 isn't showing up under enhanced games also.

    Keep in mind it takes about 96 hours for punches to show after making the preorder. So it should still take another day or so to show up.
