    This is crazy, pre order game, wait for launch and for what do we can wait for support to fix issues. Wow talk about money not well spent. I can't believe you didn't get this issue resolved since the beta. Sad really The issue is dedicated servers need to
    be established. Quit pocketing the money, just buy some servers. P.s. you should give the pre-order community a peek for the inconveniences!

    Is the online game play really that bad??

    It's been cleaned up a lot since launch. Though it's still not perfect. Sometimes the hit detection isn't 100% accurate but it's very playable, especially compared to the glitchy mess it was at launch.

    Required update on 6/25/2018, now game freezes/crashes!

    I was prompted to do the required update for CoD WW2 today, and now the game freezes/crashes! It is no longer playable. How do I fix this so I can play, without deleting the game and all of my saved data?

    Yes, when I was trying to purchase that, it says the game is "not playable on this device," not only for MW but some other COD games too like COD WW2, COD black ops 3.
