Cod WW2 is in my games but it as if I had never bought it

There were some very good WW2 games, but the best are the oldest. COD1 (PC) and some of the very first MOH (PS1) were amazing, and COD1 even had online multiplayer up to 32 players!



But yes, WW2 has been beat to death, only because all the WW2 games are SO similar. I agree with OP that it would be unique to see a new WW2 game from a new view. There are many parts of WW2 that have never been shown in a game, even parts that have been
rarely shown on TV. Many governments have already released or begun to release many of their classified documents from WW2.



There were MANY black ops/undercover/covert missions by all countries durring WW2, and they could indeed make a WW2 BO themed game.



They could make a game from the view of the lesser forces (IE not US, UK, Russia).



A game from the view of any of the Axis forces.



A game from the view of militia ( I remeber this theme from a MOH game I had for the PS1, you played a french resistance charecter


lol).



These are all examples of new, or rarely used, views on WW2 that could be used in a new game.



The biggest problem is the company would need to make ONE game, and make it good. If they tried to turn it into a franchise game, it would fail becuase WW2 has been done so much, and Activision would NEVER release a game it knew would never be franchise
matterial lol.



I also agree that MW has been overdone at thit point.



As for whats next? I would like to see something from the lesser viewed wars. COD Korrea War, Vietnam War. Or perhaps a COD from a war that DID NOT involve the US.



I am an american, and understand that the devs and publishers are an american company, but why can they not do a COD on a war that happened somewhere else. There have been MANY wars in europe and other parts of the world since WW2 that have changed world
history and had nothing to do with the US. I would love to play a game from something lesser known.

I have talked to a couple of other people about the COD WW2 game not showing up under enhanced games. From what I understand it is a glitch and the game has been patched. My COD WW2 isn't showing up under enhanced games also.

i love world at war my fav game and when people got blowen up there limbs would fly i want a WW2 COD again or even a WW2 game

sorry but black ops 2 is *** treyarch have made it round MLG players i hope treyarch never make a modern cod again stick to WW2 games

I would rather prefer first CoD games to be remastered.. The old classic WW2 CoD games..
