CoD WW2 game disc not installing

I just purchased a brand new copy of WW2. Put the game disc in the system and it didn’t register on the dashboard that t exists in the system. I have tried a hard reset and a full reset and still same thing happens. Would love to get this downloading to
play it this evening. Any help would be great. System is up to date. Other game discs work. Why can’t I install this unless I have a blank disc

CoD WW2 Not Installing



I bought CoD WW2, and when I try to install it, it’s like the Xbox doesn’t recognise that it is even a game. I am offline and don’t have access to internet, and the disc I bought has Xbox One X stuff all over the cover. I’ll leave a picture of what the Xbox
is showing instead of CoD.

 

Fallout 4 patch (Xbox One X)

I had a similar issue with COD WW2. I fxed it by installing again. Bear in mine, the update for Fallout 4 is around 19GB.

Sorry to hear! To make sure we understand, when you say you did a "full reset" are you referring to a

factory restore?

If that's the only disc that's happening with, that could point to an issue with that disc itself; would there be another disc copy of the game you could try? Perhaps a friend's or relative's copy? Alternately, you can also return to the retailer from which
it was purchased to inquire about exchanging it for a new copy (that would depend on that retailer's policies, though).

sorry to hear you are having problems with your disc. it doesn't sound like a console problem. I recommend going back to the store you purchased from with receipt.
