    The game was working fine on the external drive two days ago, then it started shutting the Series X off when it was trying to load the game. I then moved it to the internal drive, that did not work. I then uninstalled and re-downloaded it without the the
    Series X graphics upgrade it still crashed the system. All other games work aside from this game. I am pretty sure it is the game and not my system, but want to make sure. I tried talking to Xbox Support on Twitter and they claimed I was next in line for help,
    but that was at 7:58am CST my time( it is now 10:52am) lol, and I have not heard anything. I work in a helpdesk environment myself and realize that you guys are probably swamped. I am in the Alpha Ring also if that helps.

    That would be great. I dont mind that the game is not working, but I do not like my Series X being hard shut down as it can corrupt the drive\brick the xbox.
