Hi StevenHughes5, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Can you please check the order on your console's order history then click the game from there. You should have an option to "view in store" then attempt to install it from there.

To view your purchases, press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.

Select Order history to view your purchases.

I've downloaded vanguard xs pack and says come back in little while ?

Check if you can find the game in your purchase history and the purchase status is ''completed'', on this link you can check your purchase history.

If the purchase status is ''completed'', clean your console's MAC and try to install the game through the library or store.

To clean the MAC follow this path

Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

The way I mentioned is to clean your console's MAC on your console, not on a PC.

To clean Mac? I’m not computer savvy dude I don’t even own a computer but I got internet
