Cod vanguard issues

I've purchased COD from my Xbox today. The console says I own it. When I check queue it just says

"Check back in a little bit.

We're having trouble getting your stuff at the moment ". What do I do?

Nvm. I guess I have to manually install the game. It's never done that before. Weird.

I am happy that you were able to install the game now. Usually, a powercycle will fix these issues.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Enjoy playing the game.

Thanks for the reply. I will uninstall game and clean cache but this problem started before the season 1 update.

Hello... This is a common issue that Activision needs to fix.

Reddit has a thread, this issue seems to be affecting xbox one, one x, and Xbox series consoles but not PC or ps.

Sorry wish I had better news, but I already had Uninstalled and reset... To no avail.

DMZ while good to troubleshoot... Not good... Specific ports is better and more secure.

I followed your instructions and I still have the console with NAT Open but the Vanguard game with NAT Moderate.

Probably. Well, try to open the NAT, mate, to see if that could help. It might.

Call your internet service provider, and ask them to open the ports described below on your router.

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

Also ask to disable and then, enable it again the UPnP function and if you have a modem and a router the process has to be done on both devices.

Besides, ask them to put their console's IP in the DMZ zone configuration.

(To find the Xbox One IP address, press the Xbox button to open the dashboard, go to System > Settings > General > Network settings, then select Advanced settings.)
