COD Vanguard Cross Gen Bundle not installing?

Hi,

I purchased COD vanguard cross gen bundle when it was on sale last week on my Xbox Series X, played a few hours no problems.

I tried to install on my Xbox One S and it shows in my purchase history but not available to install it’s asking me to repurchase the game?

Not had this issue with previous COD cross gen bundles?

No updates are due, I’ve hard reset console, my next resort is to download from my series x to an EXT then copy across?

Any ideas?

Have you tried logging off and into your account? Also, try using the Xbox app on your phone to install it on the Series S!

If you open warzone and try to go to vanguard after purchasing it it will force the game to install

Have you figured this out yet because I can install season one of it but not the actual cross bundle or maybe I’m just dumb it just seems kind of weird. I’m gonna let this download and see what happens

Solution 1:

Step 1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the console for at least 10 seconds to open the Power center.

Step 2. Then unplug the power supply from your console and wait for 3 minutes.

Step 3. Plug the power supply back into the Xbox console.

Step 4. Press the Xbox button on the console to turn it on again.

Solution 2:

Press the Xbox button.

Open Settings.

Go to Network and select Network settings.

Select Advanced settings.

Select Alternate MAC Address.

Select Clear.

Select Restart.

Solution 3:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

Restart your console and add the account again.
