    COD Sign-in Account Error (Multiplayer)


    When in the Multiplayer menus I am having an issue signing into my account so I can get clans and so on. I can sign in with the same username and password on callofduty.com but in game it gives me an error. Anyone else have issues with this?

    Is XBL down???

    My XBO wouldn't sign me into my account. I went to Xbox.com and I signed in but when I tried to goto preferences, I was signed out and given an error message. Anyone know what's going on?

    Internet checks out, multiplayer checks out. Sign in with controller prompt. Then I get this error code.

    I signed into my son’s Xbox.

    Opened COD.

    Downloaded all req’d multiplayer packs.

    Signed out.

    After it finished downloading, my son was able to play with his own account.

    They are still working on the error. For the CoD account sign-in, I had the same thing and it turned out that because my account is also linked with PSN and I had not signed in with my PSN ID in a long time, I had to that on the CoD website. Once I did
    it, I had no issue.
