    I have recently purchased COD Modern Warfare.

    I completed the campaign on the normal setting, and now want to try again on a harder setting. It has let me get to a certain point and just crashed - it now crashes every time I reload the campaign. I take a few steps and the game freezes and the console
    resets.

    I have cleared the cache and deleted saved content on my Xbox.

    I have also noticed that I get "disc read error 5.0 mp_spear.ff" when loading. Can somebody help?

    Judging by the date I am sure you updated which means you are probably playing a burnt disc

    I have done everything Activision suggest. Cleared the cache, rebooted, deleted old files... Nothing. Still not working, still nobody from the company talking to me, and they have declined my refund for their faulty product.

    when i press A to play the game it says me that my disk is unreadable but it doesn't says me to clean the disk and restart the disk the disk is not damaged
