COD points purchased through Microsoft Store not showing up in game.

I was gifted 2400 cod points for Call of Duty Warzone for my birthday that was purchased through Amazon. It came with a code that was I was able to redeem in the Microsoft store, however, it has been over a week now and my funds still do not appear in
the game!! I have been trying to contact Xbox support and Activision, but cannot get an answer. This is very frustrating and I do not know what to do!!!

Sorry you are having problems with your COD point. I had a problem trying to redeem a card last week as well. I put the code in and it seemed to be accepted but I could not find the content. I tried putting the code in again but it said the code was already
used. I called support at 877-696-7786 and I finally spoke with some that fixed it. Hope this information was helpful.

Did you purchase the COD points whilst in game or through the Microsoft store?

the pc version of cod is nothing to do with microsoft, you would need to purchase through the game on pc or though the battlenet store. the cod points on microsoft store sync to the xbox console game when you log in with that account.

I have tried to purchase online and through console with Microsoft Points (which my account has, confirmed via commerce.microsoft.com). No luck. I've even tried purchasing through microsoft's store on something else, but the points dont show up as a payment
option there either. GRRR

Pretty week, I purchased the preorder through gamestop. What they gave me was a 30$ Microsoft points card and the codes for the black gjally and the sparrow. I keep getting the query failed could not establish connection to the xbox games store error whenever
I try to purchase in game, and it just shows up as a bundle on the xbox store. Not cool.
