    I bought 2000 microsoft points from xbox.com at May-13-12 and I have the confirmation email but no points have shown up.

    Yes I bought 2400 CP points and never received them said something about systems are unavailable or some ***!!! I would really like this fixed! And I wish I would've seen these posts before losing money buying this....Microsoft please fix this before the
    half price thing is over!

    I did not get what I wanted which was 2400 cod points and I am still trying to reset and keep looking if I have them.

    Yea I tried a bunch of things and still nothing! That was over 2 hrs ago....I guess some people have been waiting 24hrs or more...I wish I would've seen these before making the purchase!

    same here. i was told turning off my system and turning it back on works....im curious, how thats going to change anything? its almost a whole day i spent 40$ on points and been charged and haven't even gotten a reply back about a fix besides what "helpers"
    on here suggest that doesn't help..

    yep, I've been waiting over 24 hours. It's really hard to contact someone as well. I get no response every time.

    Sometimes the process is delayed either due to connectivity issues or problems server side. You may just have to be patient! However, if this problem persists, I'd try contacting Microsoft billing support on their website again. Once again, this may take
    time, though they will do their best to get back to you. I imagine this is frustrating, I've had a similar issue with Black Ops 4 and PSO2 myself.
