COD points not appearing

It does not appear in orders but I didn’t purchase it, I got it with my cod points already on my account so wouldn’t show there.

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

No worries because you should still be able to access your COD Points even if you redeemed the gift card before downloading the game.

Please download Call of Duty: Warzone and ensure that the game is installed on your Xbox. You can find it in the Microsoft Store and download it.

And make sure that you are logged into the Xbox account where you redeemed the gift card because COD points are tied to the account that redeemed them.

Before checking the balance, verify the redemption in Microsoft account at https://account.microsoft.com>; Order history. From there check if the COD points were successfully redeemed.

Next is to check your in-game balance by launching the game and go to the Store or COD Points section. Your redeemed points should appear in your balance.

If the points don’t show up immediately, kindly restart your Xbox. Please give it 24 hours as well in order for the COD points redemption to sync up to your game smoothly.

Thanks for taking the time to respond. I just tried what you suggested but it now says the code has already been redeemed. I’ll contact EA customer service and see what they say. Cheers

I have the same thing, i think it's gonna take a bit longer this time. Last month they had an issue with crediting people reward points, so i guess it could be an issue with their system. Most of the time the points appear, but it can take somewhat longer
sometimes.
