    COD nat type strict


    Recently came back home from uni and all cod games had a open nat type, after an update or patch my nat types changed to strict, i have upnp enabled on my router, have tried port forwarding, have a static ip, i have also made my xbox a dmz host and none
    has worked, does any one know of a possible fix. Also re installing did not work and my xbox nat type is open on every other game.

    Xbox setting says NAT typeCOD nat type strict :eek:pen while COD AW says Nat type:strict ??

    As the title, my xbox one says the nat type is open while in cod: aw says nat type is strict. Anything wrong about that?

    I haven't looked myself but have heard that CoD Ghosts has it's own NAT type within the game that may be seperate from the console, ie console shows NAT type open but the game shows it as strict. Trying looking when u are in the multiplayer menu and see
    if it shows a strict NAT type.

    What's your NAT type say. "Open" is what you want to see. MW3 is the only CoD game to ever kick my NAT type to "Strict" out of the blue.

    Nat Type Strict (Or Moderate)     to find out if you have a strict or moderate NAT Type, and how to resolve it.
