    i downloaded map pack 2 only thing i find when i search for games is no games found after i while i was able to join a game of team death match but this was the only type of game i could find, any body had this problem? any help to fix this would be greatly

    COD: MW3 Free Map Packs

    In previous Call of Duty games, the map packs always cost Microsoft Points, but in the newest Call of Duty - Modern Warfare 3 - all of the map packs released so far have been free. Why do you think this is? Personally, I think it's because the game has been poorly received by its fans. I think the creators are attempting to make up for releasing the game too soon and making it too similar to Modern Warfare 2.

    Ha ha!! I agree with you!!

    I also agree with the OP, although I don't think that free map packs make up for the fact that Modern Warfare 3 just ended up being a waste of everyone's money. It's like we all paid $120 for a two-disc first person shooter!!

    Nothing you can do, its just the fact not many people are playing it as to why games cant be found.

    apart from one..all cod 4 maps bionic..yes cod 4 was a classic..shame they dont get rid of all mw3 maps and replace them with cod4 maps..minus the silly killstreaks

    I agree that the maps are terrible...This is the only thing i do not enjoy...I loved black op maps..cod 4 maps...hell even WaW maps..but mw3 maps...WOW
