    I installed cod and was playing it this Morning. I got upto level 18. Then I went out for an hour and when I got back my Xbox was being bad so I re started it. Then when I tried to load cod it made me start re installing it. And I don’t think it saved any of my progress. I don’t know how to fix it! Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    1. What is the edition of the game you are playing?

    2. Are you getting an error message or error code?

    3. What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far to help resolve the issue?

    4. Are you playing online when the problem occurred?

    For the meantime, we can try resetting your device from the factory default by keeping your games and apps. Here are the steps below:

    Reset console to factory defaults by keeping apps and games:

    • Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    • Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info > Reset console.
    • On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options: Select Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your first choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games and apps.
