COD:MW3 2011 My level got reset to 1

Basically as it sounds in the title. I was in a game with a hacker who set it so that 1 kill would get you to level 80, which happened to me and I went from level 53 or so to level 80, so I prestiged and got to prestige 1 level 35 or so. Then I was in the middle of a game in which all my teamates left, leaving me 1 versus 5 or 6, and I'm fairly sure at least 1 member of the other team was hacking, maybe 2 but I'm not totally sure. I got kicked from the game in the middle of it (I was going to stick out the whole game, even 1-on-5) and when I got back to the menu I was prestige 0 level1. All the way back to the beginning. But all my accolades, challenges, titles, and statistics are still there. When I look at the lobby leaderboard, the game still thinks I'm my old level, and even has my lifetime score, K/D ratio, etc. Did I get reset all the way because I technically got boosted to max level? Did I get hacked? My brother was in the game where I got max level from the hacker and he got max level too and he hasn't been reset to level 1. Why did I? I honestly don't even know if there's anyone who can fix this, since the games from 2011, but Microsoft re-launched the servers so I'd at least like to know if they can even help me or if this is the right place to ask, but I couldn't figure out anywhere else to report this. If anyone has any idea what happened or who to contact, even if it's just to say that there's nothing that can be done, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

1 per previous COD game cod 4 and up then in MW3 its 1 per prestige level

*** epic, They're a useless bunch of wankers, Just like the people who created Cod! i also got reset on level 74, i froze in a capture the leader game and signed in on the DASHBOARD and did my usual and i was level 1, everything was reset besides my campaign
collectables and achievements!

It's.hard.to.get.the.2011 mw3

So.I'm.assuming this.year.2023 mw3 right ?

If.so.that is correct

As you bought the 2011 collection pack

You would need the 2011 Xbox 360 games to run those content

2023 mw3 only has vault edition and battlepass it hasn't even been out long enough for collection

Season 1 content just started last week

You.cant.redownload thr content unless you have the OG 2011 mw3

2023 mw3 has.seasons and battlepass not collections.

And only blackice and. vault. Came out

2023 mw3 has captain price on the cover (his hat and mustache is unmistakable

2011 mw3 has gaz or a generic character in the front
